The DART HSS Straight Flute Step Drill 6–25mm (SSTF096-25H) is a professional-grade, 9-step drill bit designed for fast, clean hole enlargement in sheet metal and plastic. Manufactured from high-speed steel (HSS) for strength and durability, it delivers excellent performance on site or in the workshop.
Featuring a straight flute profile, this bit provides smooth chip ejection and reduced vibration for greater control. The 9-step sizing ranges from 6mm to 25mm, covering the most common hole diameters used in electrical, containment, and mechanical installations.
The 1/4" hex shank with Quikbit™ quick-release is compatible with impact drivers and drills, allowing for rapid bit changes and a secure grip under load. Laser-marked sizing on each step ensures easy reference and accuracy during operation.

Orders placed before 16:00 with next working day/timed services will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 16:00 will not be dispatched until the next working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. "Next working day" means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed with any of the services below will not be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday.
